Data deletion instructions
You can request deletion of personal data held by Crealytic, operated by Virtual Studio LLC, including data associated with a connected Facebook or Instagram account. Requests are handled manually by email.
1. Send your request
Email contact@crealytic.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the email address used for your Crealytic account or your connected Facebook/Instagram identifier, such as a username or account ID. If relevant, name the workspace or business concerned so we can locate the data.
Where possible, send the request from the email address associated with your account. Never send passwords, access tokens or other login credentials.
2. Ownership verification and deletion
We verify that you own the account or are authorized to request deletion. If necessary, we will ask for limited additional information to identify the account and confirm ownership.
Once verified, we delete the associated Meta data that Crealytic stores, including imported records and copies in our CRM, connected-account identifiers and stored access tokens. We also address associated copies held by service providers processing that data on our behalf. We email you confirmation when the request has been completed, explaining any required retention.
3. Processing time and required retention
We aim to complete requests within 30 days of receipt. If ownership verification or the scope of the request requires more time, we will email you with the reason and expected completion date, subject to applicable deadlines.
Where applicable law requires retention of particular records, we retain only what is required and only for the required period, restrict its use to that obligation, and explain the reason and retention period in our response.
Disconnecting is different from deleting stored data
Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram, or removing Crealytic from your Meta account, does not by itself delete data already imported into our CRM or other systems. Use the email process above to request deletion of those stored copies.
This process covers data held by Crealytic and its processors. To delete data held by Facebook or Instagram themselves, use Meta’s own account and privacy controls.
