An accepted quote can open a shared record containing the information needed for preparation and tracking. We define statuses, owners and required documents so teams work with the same data.
An operations manager, salesperson and administrator have different needs. Forms, work lists and permissions are designed around each person's actions, with checks for essential information.
Your accounting software, tracking files or inventory tool can remain in place. We examine interfaces, available exports and synchronization rules before confirming which connections are feasible.
A change history helps explain why an operation is blocked or information has changed. Alerts and tracking views are defined around your daily decisions and the data actually available.
Illustrative scenario: sales tracks an order in a file, operations receives documents by email and an administrator checks invoicing information separately. A shared application can connect these stages while retaining tools that remain suitable.
Step 1
We follow a request's journey, documents and transfers between departments with your team. Discovery identifies the first problem to solve, exceptions and the information that should be authoritative.
Step 2
An initial version covers a usable sequence from entry to approval. We prepare a trial import when needed and check screens, permissions and connections with the people involved.
Step 3
Transition rules, access, onboarding and backups are agreed before launch. Corrections and improvements then follow an explicit maintenance scope.
Our team is based in Morocco. Workshops, document sharing and demonstrations can take place remotely. The frequency of discussions, contacts and approval arrangements are agreed during project discovery.
The choice depends on the workflow to improve. Customer tracking may suit a CRM; coordinating purchasing, stock or operations may call for ERP functions. We start with your needs and existing tools to avoid developing unnecessary modules.
We examine formats, data quality, duplicates and access rights. A trial import and validation by your team help agree which data to migrate and which corrections are needed before the transition.
Show us an example record, the tools you use and the problems you face. We identify users, connections and acceptance criteria for the first phase before preparing a proposal. Cost and timing depend on that scope.
Tell us about your users, tools and the workflow you want to improve. We will help you define an initial scope.
